Robin and Linda Williams: A Groovy November 2009

Dear Groovy Guys and Groovy Girls,
Hope this finds you all doing well" Your pals, Robin and Linda are grooving along, having returned home to their domicile of long standing after being gone for most of three weeks. We landed with our feet flying and immediately had to deal with some leftover problems from a project we've been working on at this old place. We won't bore you with the details other than to say it took us almost two days to get the water back in the house. Like the old song says, "You don't miss your water 'til your well runs dry." It sure feels good to be able to take a shower and wash some clothes.

The trip in October was a lot of fun. To tell the truth, we were a little anxious as we headed into the trip, mainly because there was a lot of traveling involved filled with several very close deadlines that depended on our vehicle running right and the airlines being on schedule. Everything went well and we had a ball playing our gigs. And so far we've dodged the flu. We're carrying our hand sanitizers - don't you think we're not. For those of you who've spent the big bucks and have satellite radio, we're going to be on XM radio this next Friday, the 13th. We'll start at 2:00 p.m (EST) and we'll play some and talk to Robert Aubrey Davis, the host, for an hour or so. Tune in if you can.

Other news is we have a Facebook fan page. Thanks to Lara Ada who set it up, unbeknownst to us. The link is: .

Just so's you'll know, Jim Watson's birthday was November 7th. Our birthdays are over and done with by the middle of July so, for four months, we have to listen to him talk about how much older we are than he is. It's nice to that over with - for a few months anyway. Happy Birthday, Jim.

Bumper Sticker Of The Month: Sometimes I wake up grumpy. Other times I just let him sleep.

That's our story and it's about as interesting as we can make it.

Your pals, Robin and Linda
